Burnwall Physical Therapy accepts most insurance policies,
including Medicare and Worker's Comp cases.
Most insurance policies do require a written prescription
from your primary physician before they will cover physical
therapy services. This ensures that we have a correct diagnosis
from your physician with his instructions for your care and
treatment.
Our offices will gladly verify the particular provisions of
your insurance policy, and we will explain in detail the various
benefits of your policy to you. Some of the questions we will
be asking of your insurance carrier will be:
• First, does your insurance policy cover physical therapy
treatments?
• Does your policy have a deductible associated with it?
• Do you have a co-pay for physical therapy treatments?
• Do you have a limit on the number of visits you may have?
Burnwall Clinic will make every effort to make sure that your
treatment fits your budget and expectations.
Our billing department will bill your insurance carrier directly
for all of your physical therapy visits. Our offices will also
bill any secondary insurance that you might have.
If your insurance policy does not provide physical therapy
coverage, our clinic will accept payment for services rendered
via personal check, cash or Visa and MasterCard.
Burnwall Clinic works with all our patients
on an individual basis to accommodate each individual’s
particular situation. We encourage all our patients to call
us with any questions
that they might have regarding their insurance coverage and
benefits. Burnwall Clinic is always glad to assist our patients
in getting a clear understanding of their insurance policy
and the physical therapy benefits it provides.
